H/t red army line, whose FanShot I deleted because I wanted the actual video of this up.

Do you have Noscript and/or Adblock running?

I use Noscript, but videos normally come up fine. There’s no icon to allow a script to run, just a flat white box.
Only YOU can prevent idiots from commenting!

I only have a white box too (though running the Adblock add-on on Firefox). I guess if it doesn’t come up you can find it here.

Saw that last night. I don’t know if I’d go quite that far just yet. Unless what he really meant was playmaking/passing center. That would be correct. :-)
Russian Machine very rarely breaks.
I’d still give the playmaker/passer title to Thornton or Sedin. That’s not a knock on Backstrom.

Backstrom, Thornton, Sedin, and Crosby are in the running.
I would have to give it to Sedin right now. All 4 play with amazing wingers; however, Sedin is bringing up the play of Daniel and Burrows so much it is crazy.
It is rly close, but i would order it 1) Sedin 2) Backstrom 3) Thornton 4) Crosby. But all only seperated by inches. Sedin heightens the play, Backstrom is extremely dynamic, Thornton can dish like no other, Crosby is very good scorer and very good disher
Still waiting for someone to draft Paul Newman. . .
I’d put Crosby on top, then Sedin, Backstrom, Thornton. But yeah, like you said, the margin is razor thin.
Big turnaround for Malkin, huh? Last season it’d have been blasphemy to not put Crosby-Malkin top two.

Yet, to many, Malkin is still the best player on that team. Hmm…
Now drink with me deeply of the bourbon, scotch, and rye until such time as we are fighting drunk.

Taking Crosby for granted I guess. Next time the Caps play a season sans Ovie we’ll truly come to appreciate what he was worth.

Bravo Barry, but not quite yet
However, the conversation going forward should be Crosby v. Backs as best C in the East.
