LeBron James or Caps Stanley Cup?

With all due respect ...

I was out and about this afternoon, flipping through radio stations, landed on 106.7 The Fan during the Chad Dukes / LaVar Arrington Show. Mike Wise was on as well. The question posed: "What would be the bigger story, LeBron James coming to the Wizards or the Caps winning the Stanley Cup?" (NOTE: This query was evidently a carry over from their show yesterday.)

LeVar Arrington stated "Great question, dangerous answer" and went on to offer the Caps winning a Stanley Cup would be the bigger story. "A team championship win is bigger than one man."

Mike Wise, unsuprisingly, offered the Caps winning the Stanley Cup would be bigger news in Canada. But here in the States, LeBron as perhaps the most notable sports figure in the world outside of Tiger Woods would be the bigger story.
