Trending upward, in the right direction
It’s always a good sign, just don’t peak too early,boys, don’t get a false sense of security from leading the Eastern Conference. If you learned your lessons from last season, you will look for ways to continue to improve your game and stay consistent.
And if Ovie finds his joy and passion for hockey again and is once again the dominant explosive player he is capable of being, there just might be no stopping the Caps in the playoffs this time. I just hate having to wait another 5-6 months to see if it will happen.
It’s all meaningless until the ESPYs.
