One game is not a trend, but god hasn’t been nice to the Yanks recently so who knows. I’m sure CC will heat up, he started cold last year too, but he was just awful. Didn’t strike a single guy out.

Not anymore. Equal in wins (49) and us with a better head-to-head record (we are 2-0-2 vs. NJD this season, and they are are 2-2-0 against us). We now hold the tiebreaker – for now; we do need to win again to pin it down.

Feds is taking a jillion minor penalties as of late. Feds, you’re supposed to be setting a good example for the kids on your line, not taking lessons from them. (Okay, he’s had most of the kid forwards on his line at different time.) At least, he is scoring goals. (And his health hasn’t been up to par, for that matter. Injured vs Buffalo and he missed the most games with the flu of our folks in March — three games.)
