It is kinda jarring to see ESPN putting on the full court press to make this about AO and Crosby, given that their Russian teammates are leading the playoffs in points and goals. Glad to see the attention, but definitely seemed a bit awkward.

Melrose picked the Caps to win – in 6 – so I guess he wasn’t lying! Of course, the only pick he got wrong in the first round (including the SJ-ANA series!) was picking the Flyers to beat the Pens, so maybe he is just not respecting the Pens enough.
