I was just checking around some of the prospects that were going in or out of the SE division and came across this quote. If this guy has less offensive potential than Jeff Schultz, does he even cross the red line?
Well, Rogers had like 20 points in 150 WHL games and Schultz had 107 in 262, so I don’t think it’s an unfair assessment.
I hear ya. I don’t think he’ll ever top 25 points or 6-8 goals. But then Chara had 28 points in his first 206 NHL games. Now, I don’t think Schultz will ever be Chara (or even a poor man’s Chara) but then you never know what the development curve is for a guy Schultz’s size.
