Caps Recall Bourque
With Boyd Gordon (broken finger) and Quintin Laing (torn spleen) sidelined, the Caps have recalled Chris Bourque from Hershey. I just bumped into him in the lobby of the hotel as he arrived from Lowell, Mass.
Bourque, who played six games with Washington this season, is the AHL's 15th leading scorer with 18 goals and 61 points in 60 games with the Bears.
I'll check in from the morning skate later this morning.
