There’s something slightly off in the face. I have a series #17 Ovie.
I could have been equipment manager, but nooooo!
He looks like a shaved russian bear. Will not be getting this one.
With most men, unbelief in one thing springs from blind belief in another.
Oddly, if you go to the site, it looks better from the other side.

I’ve got all of ‘em so far (and a Jagr and a pretty sweet custom Anson Carter in the black… don’t ask). But my favorite is my Kolzig, the base of which I had him signed. I love the goalie figures… so well done.

I’ve got the Olie one (black uni). Sits on top of my CPU. I love McFarlane’s stuff because he gets the little details right. I mean who thinks to put the water bottle in? A hockey guy that is who.

Just to be picky, he got a little lazy on the Fleury’s pads…if you look closely they’re not actually RBK’s but CCM H10s.

Not a big deal, it just bothered the OCD goalie in me.
Right, but that’s a good example of the incorrectly-branded pads…the Macfarlane figure has Fluery wearing the CCM pads that Kiprusoff is wearing in the picture above. They must have made an H10 mold for another figure then just re-used it for this new one. Can’t say I blame them…plenty of detail work and 99% of people won’t notice.

I’ve got an Olie too, but he has no nameplate on the back of his jersey!
I love the Ovie figures, but I wish they’d make other Caps players besides him. This is his 4th now.

I’ve got Olie as well, with the base signed. I lost his water bottle, though.

Did Pavel Datsyuk or Henrik Zetterberg send it into the stratosphere in a shootout?

That’s a must buy for me. That’s very Ovie!

he’s missing the strings that are always hanging in front of his shorts/pants. horrible, who is this mcfarlane guy anyway :p
I had the same thought – it’d be the perfect finishing touch.

I’ve got AO series 22 in home and away. They rotate on my desk depending on where the Caps are playing – today is red of course.
ALEX, FЯEE
Looks like he didn't get AO's glove quite right.
On the inside of his hand the glove ends at the heel of his palm instead of extending to cover the inside of his wrist like most gloves.

Of all our iniquities ignorance may be the worst
Didn’t get his bucket right either, apparently.

Actually, if you look very carefully at the base, it says:
you put your left foot in
you take your left foot out
you put your left foot in and you shake it all about
you do the Ovie Pokey and shoot another in the net
that’s what it’s all about
