Ugh, so sorry Natty. Yeah I’m not ready to make that move just yet. Sorry ben a crazy week.
And I can’t take credit for the photo, a friend actually emailed it to me, I don’t know the original photographer but I think the photo link is on deadspin
Because now I can justify browsing and commenting during the work day with the argument that I am promoting my business.
He wanted to write “Panthers Are An Endangered Species.” He got as far as “Panters Ar An Emdanger” and then he gave up and turned the sign over. No idea what he ended up with. MORAN!

This has me wondering if it’s a median-mode-mean issue.. could some cluster of memes, lolcat-images, and fail-signs be dragging the average down? Have we checked this stuff against the standard deviations?

I guess it’s possible that stuff is dragging the average down, but it seems to me that to really “get” the memes, lolcats, failblog stuff, etc., you kind of have to know how it’s wrong in the first place. That stuff is also niche for something that would really drag the average down.
That said, they sure aren’t making people smarter.
