When a guy has the nickname “Circles” and this is his second stint with the team can you really expect him to buy anything other than a round-trip ticket?

So when do the Skins get to trade Snyder away for a bag of pucks? That would at least do less damage to the team than he does.
I need 100% of you guys to give 110% 100% of the time.
Yep. It was the last chance to salvage the season. Not making the playoffs or anything, mind you, but if they could beat Dallas twice and keep ‘em out of the playoffs, that would’ve been something.

I chose Dallas as my weekly pick in a 3800+ entry suicide league (@$50 per, equals $190K pot). This Skins fan is happy.
This fan of gambling got the points and took the under.
Speaking of fan disenchantment, an epic rant from a fan.

checking briefly. It’s Mr. B’s b-day. I’m mourning the loss to the Leafs, Mr. B mourning the fact that Kronwall is out4-8 weeks thanks to my co-worker’s cousin, one Mr. Laraque. We make quite the pair. I’m hoping the steak and beers help.
I’m checking in from Mexico. Steak and beers always help.

Oooo NHL 10 is going to be $35 on black friday at best buy. I’ve been holding out for a price drop. Can’t wait.
"And next year it will be ours."
Well, today is my 40th birthday, and living here in Toronto, my wife got a pair a tickets to last nights game. All I can say is that had to be the worst performance I have seen the Caps put up since Boudreau took over. They were just flat.
Oh well, it was still fun seeing all the young guys in there…BTW, I hope Andrew Gordon is better then he played because he was really really slow compared to others playing.

I randomly found this article It’s from the playoffs last year, but it just made me think, why is it bad everyone has Ovechkin jerseys? While I don’t own one, I don’t get why that makes everyone who does a bandwagoner. He’s the best player in the game today and he’s (hopefully) going to be here a while, that’s a no brainer.
"And next year it will be ours."
I suspect it’s a perception that most of the people with Ovechkin jerseys don’t have the intelligence and/or attention span to figure out whether he’s actually their favorite player or not.
Just speculating, because it makes perfect sense to me why someone would want #8.

It’s just a dumb cheap shot from a bitter Rags fan.
But if you want to make judgments like that based on the jerseys predominantly worn by the fan base, Rags fans are way better: they have TWO players on their team, Avery and Lundqvist.

I imagine the Gaborik ratio grows by the day.
Don’t understand why Dubinsky and Callahan don’t have better representation, though.

Well, according to this “article”, it is clear the reason is that Rags fans don’t understand that a team is made up of more than a couple of players.
Although you probably see Callahan more often than any other current Ranger besides Lundqvist and Avery, but Dubinsky is surprisingly rare. And, annoyingly, I see probably as many Jagr jerseys as even Messier jerseys when I’m there.

wonder how many Nylander aka “Jagr 92” jerseys you could find back in 2006.
If you've read this far...seek help.
