Why are goalie fights so disproportionately entertaining?

I think it’s because you never expect it to happen.
Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink. But, if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. If you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away.
And they look goofy.
If consequences dictate the course of action, then it doesn't matter what's right, it's only wrong if you get caught. If consequences dictate the course of action, then I should play God...

well, I have new-found respect for Hextall for jumping Chelios. That hit Chelios made was nasty.
How can a field player ever be allowed to fight a goalie? is there anything more unfair?
why isn’t Varlamov’s save in there? It’s just as spectacular and probably more important than a few of the ones on there.
