No WNH
I think the biggest change this year is no more “will not happen” (WNH) option. Other than that, everything’s pretty much the same. Please let me know if the site breaks or if there are any problems/questions.

Blank choice doesn’t count for anything (IIRC). If no penalty or goal in a period, nobody gets any points for those categories.
Bonus: Hosting provider seems to be having trouble at their data center today, which means the site is inaccessible from time to time. What a bite. If it’s down, please wait about 10 minutes & try again.
