“Jurcina was solid near his own net after his arrival in Washington.”
That’s pretty tough to read right now…

At least it’s written in the past tense…

I think we need to quit all the Jurcina piling on for a while. The team should have rallied around the guy rather than throw him under the bus. Sure it was a heart wrenching play but it happens. The kid is still young at 25 and the only d-man we have that has played in every game this season. True, he’s not an All-Star, but where was our so called All-Star d-man on that play. Oh yeah, he was on the bench leading the team in giveaways. Its easy to blame the guy who makes the last bad play of the night and forget the ones that led up to that moment.
There’s the e-hug Juice needed!

The conditional draft pick was returned to us when we were unable to re-sign Rick Tocchet. Essentially, Boston gave us Juice for nothing. Um, that’s it.
I have as many wins in a Capitals uniform as Michael Belhumeur does.
I don’t think that’s correct. The pick turned out to be a 4th round pick last year.

Flashback to the day the trade was made. Sigh.
