the actual brilliance starts with OV’s very first touch. watch that little flick and ask yourselves who else would have done that. it was as if if already was thinking “breakaway” with 2 D-men in front of him. He’s the McEnroe of hockey – thinking two or three plays ahead of everybody else….(not in the tantrum sense…..)

There’s nothing like celebrating standing smack dab in the middle of the goaltender’s crease after you’ve run him through the back of the net.
