The Eastern Conference All-Star roster has been released and, to no one's surprise, Alex Ovechkin has been named to the team for the second time.Voters were unmoved, however, by the draft Mike Green campaign: Brian Campbell, Sergei Gonchar, Tomas Kaberle, and Kimmo Timonen will share blue line duties with starters Zdeno Chara and Andrei Markov.
