The Inaugural Japers' Rink UFA Pool is over and the winner is... to be determined by a tie-breaker.The following three entries had four (out of 14 possible) correct answers each: Pete (who correctly picked Jason Blake's, Daniel Briere's, Chris Drury's and Brendan Shanahan's 2007-08 teams), Treat (who had Blake, Briere, Shanny and Scott Gomez right) and Bill (who nailed Briere, Drury, Shanny and Alexei Yashin).
The first tie-break was predicting Chris Drury's average annual salary, and the three contenders guessed $7.5m, $6m and $5.75m. Since Drury signed for an average salary of $7,050,000.00, the winner of the $50 NHL.com gift certificate is (say it with me, Caps fans)...
