Friday's News & Rumors And A Look At Who's Left

"The Ducks made a great push getting (Scott) Niedermayer, but I still think we'll kick their ass." So says the newest King, Jeremy Roenick. Like we said yesterday, JR + LA = entertainment. On to today's rumors, starting where most rumors do, in the Big Apple:

• According to various sources, the Rangers are interested in John LeClair and have signed defenseman Roman Hamrlik. The Bruins may want Hamrlik as well.
  
• Reports are out there that the Oilers have traded Marty Reasoner to Philly for Michal Handzus. This would be a bit of a salary dump by the Flyers.
  
• Pittsburgh, Detroit, Chicago and Vancouver are interested in Nikolai Khabibulin. Tampa still hopes to keep him. If the Pens lose out on The Bulin Wall, they'll look at Curtis Joseph or Sean Burke to tutor Marc-Andre Fleury.
  
• The Sharks, Oilers, Kings and Blackhawks are looking at Paul Kariya.
• Does Nashville want Eric Lindros? Does anyone?
